Just writing a quick post as it seems like Tether is trending and fear is spreading. I think Tether will be quite fine. The company has already seen the consequences of going against the CFTC through the collapse of BitMEX. Tether has already gotten slammed by the CFTC and fined once last year. Tether might have had some fishy history and could have in fact lied about 1 to 1 pegging during 2016–2019, but I think, they are actually quite fine today.
